From The BBC

A marmoset monkey has been rescued by animal welfare officers after being found abandoned inside a laundry bag on a bus in north-west London.

The female primate was discovered by a driver on the route 302 bus when it arrived at Kensal Rise on Friday morning, the RSPCA said.

I have posted in the lighter side though abandonment of an animal is a serious matter.

I was interested in the importance of this being on a route 302 bus.   Is it routine and not newsworthy on other routes?   Marmosets commonly found on 229s when they terminate in Croydon, perhaps?
