Extra wheelchair capacity to Weymouth during Paralympics?

Eurostar trains in Kent are to be converted to take Paralympic teams from France and Belgium.
Two trains will be modified so they can take extra wheelchair spaces
Are any other operators modifying their trains to carry extra wheelchairs during what I presume will be a period of higher proportionate demand? In our own area, I'm thinking of Heathrow Connect, Heathrow Express, and First's Heart of Wessex services to Weymouth.
