Cue huge RAIB inquiry into Poppy Line SMS/CMS......

Can I suggest that the moderators amend the topic title to make it easier to find in future?

This is one of those subjects that it's really hard to know where to put - and indeed another thread was started on the same subject within a few minutes, at http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?topic=20698 .

I am going to leave this thread as a place marker, and also as a hook for future posts on the line in the "heritage" section, but suggest that follow ups on the incident are placed ((here)).

The Coffee Shop forum is provided by customers of Great Western Railway (formerly First Great Western). The views expressed are those of the individual posters concerned. Although we are planning ahead, we don't know what the future will bring here in the Coffee Shop. We have domains "firstgreatwestern.info" for w-a-y back and also "greatwesternrailway.info"; we can also answer to "greatbritishrailways.info" too. For the future, information about Great Brisish Railways, by customers and for customers.
